If you haven't already, please sign up for Remind 101, this is a free app on your phone that can be easily downloaded from the app store. This will be our main communication with parents to keep you up to date on upcoming events and other important information.
Birthdays
You are welcome to send a treat on your child’s birthday. We ask that it be something very simple and quick to pass out. NO CAKES OR ICE CREAM PLEASE!!!! Some ideas are…brownies, cupcakes, donuts, Popsicle’s, candy, or gift for the classroom. Please send napkins and/or plates with the treat. Treats will be passed out at the end of the day. Please remember to send in enough treats for everyone. (25 students) We have peanut allergies in the 4th grade, please do not send in items that contain nuts.
* If you have a birthday in the summer... you can bring your birthday treat on your half birthday.
Snacks
We take time to eat a quick, healthy snack each morning. Students bring in their own snack if they wish to eat one. We will stress to the students that snacks need to be healthy! Fruit, veggies, yogurt tubes, pretzels, and crackers are all great options. Please do not send any chocolate, candy, chips, drinks – We will ask students to save these for lunchtime. Thanks!
