This year 4th grade will continue using the Eureka Math Program. This program is aligned with common core State Standards. Helpful posters and links are currently posted here to help with certain math concepts.

Dreambox
This is an online tool that we will be used three times a week focusing on specific content being in class. This will be done in class for at least (3) 20minute sessions per week.
There will be two assigned lessons per week for each student.
Zearn
This tool will be used for enrichment, remediation, review, and extra practice.
This is also a great tool for parents to access videos that help parents to understand the content and instruction.
Homework:
Will be used as enrichment, extra practice, and review of content. The homework will not be counted as a grade or be counted for their overall competency reports.
Additional Clarification:
Exit Tickets: These will be given to students after the lesson, will be scored, put into ITS Learning. Exit tickets will be graded with a B, D or S. These stand for beginning, developing and secure just like the report cards. These will be going home once scored and recorded in ITS learning to help generate competency reports. Please use the tip sheet given for each module as well as the road map to help support your child at home.
Assessments: These will be scored and housed in ITS Learning. Assessments will also generate into the overall student competencies. Their will be reviews sent home for extra practice. Tests will not focus on grades, however it will be scored out of points. Please see the areas your child did not master. Weak areas will be re-taught during remediation time.
Parent Road Map for fourth grade will be handed out at Meet The Teacher Night.
Tip Sheets will be sent home for each module topic. They will come home in your child's take-home folder.
